• Service deliverables, timelines, and scope will be detailed in a formal proposal, quotation, or contract signed between Manalystic and the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging with Manalystic agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information necessary for service delivery.

• Ensure they hold proper rights and licenses for any content (text, images, videos, trademarks, etc.) they provide.

• Respond to queries, approvals, and feedback promptly to avoid project delays.

• Abide by applicable laws in relation to the use of our services.

4. Payments, Fees & Refunds

• All fees are agreed upon in writing before commencement of services.

• Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule (advance, milestone-based, or monthly).

• Invoices not paid on time may result in suspension of services.

• Refund Policy: Since our services involve time, effort, and resources, payments are non-refundable once work has started. Refunds may only be granted under exceptional circumstances as defined in the service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, strategies, tools, graphics, designs, and reports created by Manalystic remain our intellectual property until full payment is made.

• After full payment, rights to final deliverables (e.g., websites, graphics, reports) may be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Proprietary processes, strategies, or templates used by Manalystic remain our sole property and are not transferable.

6. Confidentiality

• Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business, financial, and strategic information exchanged.

• Client data will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except when required by law.

7. Third-Party Services & Tools

• Some services may require integration with third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, WordPress, hosting providers, plugins).

• Manalystic is not responsible for downtime, errors, or failures caused by third-party platforms.

• Clients are responsible for paying fees directly to third-party service providers (hosting, domain, ad spend, etc.), unless agreed otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Manalystic will make reasonable efforts to ensure quality service delivery but does not guarantee specific results (e.g., #1 Google rankings, specific revenue targets, or conversion rates).

• We shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Business losses due to delays, technical failures, or third-party issues.

  • Damages caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

9. Indemnification

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Manalystic, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

  • Use of content provided by the client.

  • Misuse of services.

  • Violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.

10. Termination of Services

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.

• Manalystic may suspend or terminate services if:

  • Payments are not made on time.

  • The client engages in unlawful or unethical practices.

  • The client breaches any of these Terms.

• Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be cleared, and access to unfinished work may be restricted until dues are settled.

11. Website Use

• Visitors may browse the Manalystic website for information purposes only.

• You may not attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website in any way.

• Copying, duplicating, or redistributing website content without permission is prohibited.

12. Privacy Policy

• Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

13. Changes to Terms

• Manalystic reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
